The Job:

WBG SD is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define, launch, analyze, and maintain free-to-play cross-platform games. The ideal candidate for this role has worked with internal teams defining business goals and translating goals into business requirements and/or design specifications. Specifically, the Senior Product Manager will be extremely detail-oriented, with a strong product orientation and an affinity for data and analytics in support of driving both product-level and business decisions in conjunction with Product Management leadership.

The Daily:
• Provide detailed insights to development and product leadership to directly influence the ongoing development of a pre-production title
• Be a ''Feature Owner'' - facilitating feature development from pre-production through to live operations, including experimentation and optimization
• Provide detailed insights to development and product leadership to directly influence the ongoing development of a pre-production title
• Partner with key stakeholders to establish and maintain a best-in-class live service that maximizes player engagement while minimizing friction
• Help design new events and promotions to meet monthly revenue and engagement targets
• Own and manage the implementation of events and promotions including configuration, balancing, testing, and messaging
• Help define and prioritize project backlog using both internal and external data-driven signals
• Manage A/B test roadmap and conduct ad-hoc analysis in service of product performance, strategy, and roadmap decisions
• Closely monitor all aspects of game health and escalate issues as needed
• Manage and train junior product talent

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree required, technical field preferred; MBA a plus but not required
• Passion for gaming, free-to-play, and games-as-a-service
• 4+ years Product Management experience in free-to-play games with increasing responsibility
• Deep knowledge and strong familiarity with free-to-play monetization strategies, KPIs, and forecasting
• Strong problem solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats
• Experience in managing and training other product managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise stakeholder-ready documents
• Demonstrated experience in balancing the needs of competing business drivers and stakeholder objectives
• Skilled in MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel – experience using SQL and Tableau a plus but not required
