Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits (UK, Jersey, Ireland)

The Job

We're currently looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits. Reporting to the VP, Compensation & Benefits you will be overseeing the largest international territory (UK, Jersey & Ireland) and will be a key member of the EMEA based team. The role will focus on managing activities across BAU plan, program and vendor management, communications, benchmarking, and stakeholder management related to both Compensation & Benefits across the territories. It will work closely with P&C as a key partner to drive forward plan and program design in support of business strategy to attract and retain top talent.

The Daily
• Act as lead C&B expert for the allocated client group, operating as a proactive partner for P&C Partners in for the territory; Leadership of 3 direct reports, manging resource planning, workload distribution, as well as coaching to support in their development.
• Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation & Benefits, using expertise to challenge and influence traditional view of reward, position Warner Bros Discovery as an Employer of Choice and suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent.
• Manage compensation for the client group through providing expert compensation guidance and carrying out benchmarking and competitive analysis. Ensuring P&C and managers understand and can be as self-sufficient as possible through our available compensation tools.
• Ensure the successful design and delivery of global and regional compensation plans including recognition, bonus, and sales incentive plans.
• Manage relationships with local benefit brokers and vendors, oversee annual benefit plan renewals, and carry out regular market reviews to ensure offering is compliant, market competitive and cost effective; Manage Trust relationships across the pensions, life, and medical plans.
• In conjunction with the Benefit Systems Manager, develop and manage the UK benefits system and the interface and reporting requirements for HR, payroll, and external vendors.
• Work closely with DEI, CSR and the Comms, Wellbeing & Engagement team to bring alignment to initiatives, comms strategy and planning.
• Lead key benefits meetings for the UK including Pension governance meetings, wellness centre reviews, and drive our benefit strategy for this key market.

The Essentials
• Solid background in Compensation & Benefits, with strong experience of working on UK business
• Proven experience as Manager of a team of both experienced and more junior colleagues
• Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of working within compensation & benefits within a large business
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Driven by structure, with the desire and ability to help to create that structure

The Nice to Haves
• Experience within the media industry
• Experience of working within large-scale organisational change
• Experience of compensation projects – for example, creating job architectures
