Senior Finance Manager - Technology Operations

The Job

Part of the International Operational Finance team, this role has responsibility for the consolidation and analysis for Warner Media Technology and Operations International, budgeting, actuals and forecasting process around the Globe. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with both Regional and Operating Management and the wider Finance Business Partnering team.

The Daily
• Management and production of the consolidated annual budget, and monthly reforecasts for headcount and related expenditure.
• Partner with Regional and Operating Management to ensure that all relevant information is captured and reflected in budgets and forecasts.
• Variance analysis for expenses
• Track and report on the performance of the initiatives that are implemented
• Partner with and guide the Regional FP&A and US Tech Finance Team to gain a full understanding of the business and operations
• Partner with Regional and Operating WMTO Management to ensure that all relevant information is captured and reflected in budgets, forecasts and scorecards.
• Train/educate business contacts to use and understand financial/data analysis and reporting tools as appropriate

The Essentials
• Significant forecasting, budgeting, modelling and analysis experience
• Experience in working with a high volume of data
• Digital Products experience
• Highly computer literate including advanced Excel, Hyperion (or similar)
• Experience in collaborating with pan-regional and cross-functional teams
