Job Description

The Job
• Works across FP&A to manage Cross-divisional, franchise and Country Manager Reporting and analysis, and FP&A for Overheads.
• Liaising across the FP&A organisation and with Decision Support & Reporting and GBS to provide required inputs and analysis for total company Cashflow forecasting and explaining any subsequent variances.
• Assist in preparation of divisional budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting and other tasks as directed by line management.

The Daily
• Reporting Scope:
• Prepare Cross-Divisional Reports, including Country Manager Reports, Scorecard Reports for UK & Ireland business, across all revenue streams – including variance analysis.
• Assist in strategic and long-term-planning process.
• Planning and analysis of overhead costs.
• Liaise with Decision Support & Reporting, GBS and other teams to develop and refine the cashflow process, in addition to coordinating all sources of information to provide inputs, reporting and variance analysis, as required.
• Prepare Forecast, Budget and LRP projections for overhead / G&A expenses, including variance analysis and assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Cross Divisional By-Title Reporting (TV & SVOD).
• Finance liaison with the Cross – Div Franchise teams.
• Assist in preparation for Exco CM reporting and in preparation before quarterly business reviews.
• Ad-hoc preparation of film life cycle P&L's business leads.
• Country Manager review and validation.
• Review MUR forecasts in line with Theatrical, Home Ent, UKCP & TV P&L submission, co-ordinate all sources of information required to complete for review.
• Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis.
• Other duties as required by the business.

The Essentials
• Strong Excel and modelling skills; good systems orientation.
• Strong system skills with demonstrable experience of working with finance system(s), eg SAP, Essbase, Hyperion with a willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Analytical and insightful.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with finance and non-finance people.
• Self-motivated, flexible and a high level of initiative.
