The Job

The International Equity and Inclusion team is responsible for defining and reinforcing an enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy that ensures Warner Media continues to fulfill its commitments to building and nurturing an organization that encourages, and values equity and inclusion in our workplace and our world-class content. As Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager - Content, you will be in liaison with all business units to keep track of upcoming content and projects in development.

The Daily
• Responsible for tracking talent throughout the enterprise and will work closely with the Pipeline team to ensure that tracking tools are kept up to date.
• Help build the database with the technology team and work closely to support the Director EI.
• Tracking slates and progress throughout the ranks of directors, actors, writers, and producers across all WarnerMedia business units with a focus on interactive.
• Improving access to partners/suppliers to ensure that all WarnerMedia businesses have access to best-in-class and diverse talent in all forms.
• Accountable for maintaining regular contact with cross-divisional relationships that result in greater diversity and inclusion for all of WarnerMedia's content.
• Contribute to centralized resources for all of WarnerMedia to reduce barriers and ease adoption of inclusive content and production across gaming and emerging platforms.
• Drive and deliver the company's integrated content diversity strategy with demonstrable and measurable results.

The Essentials
• Extreme passion for content of all kinds, international content focus preferred.
• Experience in development and strong relationships as buyer or seller that can be leveraged and deployed quickly across WM ecosystem.
• Interest in understanding corporate-wide agenda.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently on highly complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in the breadth of WarnerMedia IP

The Nice to Haves
• Familiarity with published literature and research on DEI in the workplace.
• Have diverse experience in different cultures across International.
• Ideal background is current programming at an international streamer in production, development or current programming in either feature or television.

• Data savvy, being able tell the right stories using data, leveraging insight to measure return on investment and progress against the DEI agenda.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current DEI needs and DEI trends
• Passion to drive change, highly organised and strong strategy and execution capabilities.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability to manage D&I program budget.
• Proven passion for the topics of diversity & inclusion, workplace culture and social impact.
