The Job

Warner Bros. Studio Operations, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. seeks a Senior Clerk for the Office Services & Property Management department.

This position will be the primary source of both billing collection for clients and issuing payments (to vendors and WBSO departments alike). Position's emphasis will be production sets and services on behalf of OPS, with billing collected via Planon and SAP (including daily reviews of work orders, and weekly reconciliation of charges after further review), but will also serve as backup to the Sr. Clerk who bills for stage locations via Xytech. Position will have strong attention to detail and work with both internal (VP, Executive Directors, Senior Managers and Managers) and external clientele (Producers, Production Accountants). Position will prepare consolidated billing statements for customers and serve as support to assist with any questions.

The Daily
• Provide and maintain stages and offices for Warner Bros. Burbank-based production and corporate clients
• Provide billing support for production & office clients, reconciling transactions and providing back up on invoices as needed
• Responsible for issuing Purchase orders through SAP, as well as billing for office rent and work orders through Planon
• Prepare initial and final consolidated cost summaries for incoming production clients.
• Review daily work orders in Planon for both WBSO Main Lot and Ranch; reconcile with other scheduling documents and confirm that ancillary charges correspond to activity. Review charges and confirm client or internal charge coding to post for billing.
• Answer phone calls received by OPS Call Center, both for existing and prospective inquiring clients, and provide a wide range of customer support.
• Serve as back up to Sr Clerk who prepares studio lease agreements, corresponding deal memos for WBTV clients, and issue booking and scheduling memos to WBSO departments.
• Team with all WBSO departments to ensure timely billing. Enforce WBSO billing guidelines to quickly produce a final cost summary for the client.
• Responsible for Department's PCARD reconciliation.

The Essentials
• BA or BS in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in production or studio (industry) accounting
• Outlook, Word, Excel, Planon, Salesforce, Xytech
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Extreme attention to detail in both accounting (e.g. ensuring correct rates are billed) and writing skills (e.g. ensuring legal and client-facing documents maintain an accurate and professional presentation)
