WB Games Boston, a division of WB Games Inc, is looking for a Senior Artist with a focus on Live Operations to work on their mobile title, Game of Thrones: Conquest. In this position, you will work closely with the Art Department, Production and Product Management teams on high-performance creative for live events, in-game offers, core game features, and marketing materials.

The Daily:
• Develop static and motion-graphic assets for live events, in-game offers, and social posts.
• Strategize with the PM and Analytics teams on how to best optimize creative assets
• Work closely with product management, and the 2D and 3D art teams on core game features.
• Help continue to evolve and optimize the Live Ops creative team and our processes and pipelines.
• Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining large amounts of assets and libraries.
• Assist in the creation of art documentation and studio presentations.
• Self-manage when given prioritized goals and objectives.

The Essentials:
• 5+ Years in Production Environment
• Proficiency in Adobe CS Tools; primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and After Effects
• High level of graphic design, typography, and visual communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn existing process, while also providing your own observations and feedback.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Production mindset.
• Positive, and team-oriented attitude.
