The Job

Warner Bros. Studio Operations seeks a Sergeant for the Security Scheduling department.

The Daily
• Provides supervision for WB Security Schedulers at WB Studios in Burbank, California.
• Conducts on-the-job-training to acquaint Officers with job duties and responsibilities of the Security Department.
• Supervises all matters related to WB Security systems scheduling for full & part time officers.
• Compiles and provides sensitive and confidential reports and information to various WB Departments such as Operations, Legal, Labor Relations and Human Resources.

The Essentials
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Scheduler.
• Minimum 3-Years' experience as Security Officer.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Must have full knowledge of the ''Time Gate'' scheduling system.
• Must have a good working knowledge of the Studio Security/Fire Association union contract and Security Department policies and procedures.
• Must have good working knowledge of Security Department operations and Studio operations.
• Excellent verbal & written skills (Must be able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels).
• Must have demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports relative to Security operations.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Must be available to work day shift, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Schedule may be subject to change based on operational needs)
