Sales Operations Coordinator, CEE & MENA

The Job

The Sales Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for trafficking of Linear and Online campaigns taking whole responsibility for their remit channels. The Sales Ops Coordinator is also responsible in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the Sales Operations department and be responsible in booking all relevant commercial files sent by our external Ad Reps into Landmark.

The Daily
• Facilitating the commercial bookings of all on-air traffic for the CEE & MENA region.
• Working in Landmark to create New Products/Campaigns/Copy Lists and Rotations.
• Downloading and viewing all commercial copies to ensure Broadcast rules are followed.
• Raising any queries and concerns with our legal team.
• Booking all web campaigns and careful monitoring of their progress.
• Importing and checking the monthly breaks for remit channels.
• Ability to cover all aspects of the operations role in case of team absences.
• Ability to work with several computer applications and troubleshooting when necessary.

• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure

The Nice to Haves
• Experience/Knowledge of Landmark & Google Ad Manager Applications or similar
• Self-Management abilities
• Ofcom and BCAP knowledge
• Language – Polish or Romanian
