The Job

To work as part of the sales team to provide each visitor to the Studio Tour with an exceptional customer service experience.

The Daily
• This position includes working on our tills, interacting with customers and replenishing our shelves.
• Ensure our sales targets are achieved by fully maximising all sales opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to confidently discuss our merchandise with customers.

The Essentials
• Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues.
• Working as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• Enthusiasm and passion for, as well as excellent knowledge of, the Harry Potter brand.

Working Pattern
• Flexibility to be able to work on a shift pattern of 8 hours, varying from Monday to Sunday.
• Available to work late nights, events and to support stock replenishment.

Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is the only place in the world to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since opening in 2012, features retail stores with merchandise celebrating the Harry Potter film series and has received over 40,000+ reviews on TripAdvisor with 96% rating the experience as 'excellent' or 'very good'. Since launching, additions to the Studio Tour include Platform 9 ¾ featuring the original Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In December 2018, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden acquired the Platform 9 ¾ group which sells Wizarding World merchandise, souvenirs, and collectibles.
