Job Description
About the role:
The position main objective is to support in the development of Consumer trends such as: Desk Research, AdHoc studies, Content investigation, especially in the development of storytelling and narrative. This position must have a strong capability to analyse, interpretate trends through research studies of own sources and 3rd party. It is also expected to support in the development and management on research, with questionnaire, sampling definition and analysis of results to fit Warner Media needs.
Major Activities:
• Capture stakeholders main needs through clear brief and develop research solution
• Develop questionnaire for Adhoc studies with vendors: for qualitative studies and quanti Pannel
• Manage the relationship with Research Institute
• Analysis of main results from research studies together with Research Institute
• Create narratives and presentation to fit WM needs using data collected in Desk research or through Research institutes
• Analysis of consumer trends related to media consumption and others
Essential:
• Years of experience:Marketing, Strategy and Research 1 years
• Knowledge of Quali and Quanti meths of research
• Knowledge of Marketing studies and Consumer trends
• Strong skill in storytelling and consumer narratives, and Analytical skills
• Strong skill in PPT or similar
• Experience with Desk Research
• Ability to create healthy interpersonal relationships
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Sociology or Antropology
• Fluent in Spanish and/or English
• Experience in Research Institutes, Creative agencies or Media company
Desirable:
Fluent in Portuguese
