WarnerMedia's House of Max is the new home for premium brand storytelling. We are a next generation creative studio built to help advertisers evolve into entertainers. Our multi-disciplinary creative team of entertainment industry professionals collaborates to develop, produce, and deliver audience-first, creative content that lives on digital, linear, social, and IRL. Together we develop creative that breaks through, provokes emotion and inspires meaningful brand devotion by leveraging a premium library of content – from HBO Max originals to beloved IP, characters and talent across the WarnerMedia entertainment universe.

House of Max is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented project manager looking to be part of the future of brand storytelling. The desired candidate is exceptionally organized, with a familiarity of creative design, and a passion for managing creative logistics. They will support a studio team whose goal is to create deep emotional connections with consumers and drive meaningful revenue for the WarnerMedia Entertainment properties including HBO Max AVOD, TBS, TNT, True TV, Adult Swim, and WM Kids and Family.

This individual will manage Art + Design projects for branded content programs, materials to support Marketing and Sales, and various internal projects. This project manager will collaborate with Creative Strategy and Studio teams to produce content experiences across linear, digital, social, streaming and experiential platforms – reaching the fandoms of some of the world's most iconic entertainment IP including HBO Max originals, Rick & Morty, DC Comics, Wonder Women, Harry Potter, Friends, Impractical Jokers, Conan, and AEW.

The ideal candidate has experience maintaining detailed project plans that are always up to date and accurately reflect the status of all active projects. Must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels (both internally and externally), will contribute to internal brainstorms and work in a fast-paced environment that often involves juggling multiple priorities.

While our teams are working from home, eventually they will report in to offices in Los Angeles or New York City.

The Daily
• Assist in managing Art + Design team workflow, facilitating the approvals process and distribution of final assets
• Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and unifying colleagues towards executing their solutions.
• Provide suggestions to optimize and improve creative processes over time
• Source external creative vendors and new freelance contractors
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of WarnerMedia IP, programming, creator network, talent, key tentpole events and experiences and the company's various media and social product offerings.
• Meet project timelines and program deadlines
• Participate in internal and agency/client status meetings
• Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities

The Essentials
• At least 3 years in project management and/or art and design
• Experience in advertising, branded content, or the industry of entertainment
• Experience in design production process, from concepting to final delivery
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
• Experience executing against tight production schedules for defined assets
• Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
