Job Description

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Planning Management the programming strategies to be used in the channel, according to season and availability of products
• Prepare programming grid for the channel
• Establish date for the premiering programs and ensure there is no conflicting scheduling between the channels
• Distribute internally the strategies of the month and the product that will be promoted on the screen and off channel
• Qualitatively analyze the competitions program schedule
• Screen, select and consider, by content, the programs to be included during the month
• Supervise programming changes
• Investigate, visualize and evaluate the required movies in terms of content and appropriate transmission time
• Create the monthly calendar of movies to be aired, taking into account market and consumer preferences
• Analyze which movies require promos
• Analyze the times and movies to be featured on the Web platform
• Acquire information about the channel's position against the competition (ratings)

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film and Television studies or related field
• Fluency in english
• Desirable spanish
• Experience in marketing, media logging, and/or media planning experience, preferably in the television/media industry
• Knowledge of television and film industry dynamics
• Ability to multi-task while working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to conceptualize marketing campaigns, communicate with others and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products to create spreadsheets and documents; ability to use department/ organization specific software
• Integrated Broadcast Management System (IBMS) certification in content scheduling preferred (desirable)
