Overview

A magical opportunity awaits! Wizarding World Digital (WWD) is looking for a Program Manager to help us deliver highly interactive and engaging experiences for our audience across the globe. As part of Wizarding World's newly-reimagined Product Experience team, you will work across both the wizardingworld.com website and Harry Potter Fan Club mobile apps, along with any other digital properties under the WWD umbrella, to deliver and support digital products our audience will love.

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing delivery of medium to large-scale web and mobile projects. They must ensure that these projects meet WWD goals and are delivered on-time and on-budget. They will interface heavily with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Content, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure that the project delivers on expectations.

The Daily
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and other groups to manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in product and content delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain detailed project plans
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, dependencies, risks, and issues while utilizing appropriate project management tools
• Organize and lead meetings to align with stakeholders on project expectations and support needs
• Work with the Director of Program Management to define and standardize project management processes and tools for the WWD org

The Essentials
• 6+ years in Program/Project management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience (and comfort) with working on consumer-facing brands & products in large, complex organizations
• Experience working with both creative and technical stakeholders

The Nice to Haves
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Experience working with a global franchise
• PMP and/or CSM certifications are a plus
