Job Description

• Help manage the network's internal budgets; collect, review, and compare drafts of each show's budget at every stage; create a cash flow chart of each production for network Accounting and Production to stay informed; collect, submit, code, and track invoices; submit wire and check request forms to ensure timely payment; set up Independent Contractors as vendors in the system; distribute start paperwork to crew at the preproduction stage; ensure cost reports are received biweekly.
• Research writers room and production office space; liaison between the network and leased space, aiding in furniture/office set-up, signing the lease and addendums, working with Legal to obtain the necessary insurance certificates; order office supplies.
• Create network distribution lists and liaison between the network and production, distributing scripts, calendars, crew list, schedules, and all production related material; distribute S&P notes to production and track all pending and elevated approvals; distribute attorney opinion letters and script clearance reports to the network for each revised draft, track and communicate all network Legal concerns with the production.
• Set up each production on DAX and Frame.io; create network userlist; ensure folders and show cuts are organized and labeled properly; distribute S&P notes for each cut to post; distribute attorney opinion letters and clearance reports for each cut to the network; ensure the network receives dailies and cuts on time according to the post schedule; distribute cuts internally via Frame.io.
• Update and oversee the Production Manual and ensure productions follow the network's guidelines; distribute the Production Guidelines to each production; ensure the network receives daily call sheets, production reports, and shot notifications; collect, review, and manage episodic and final wrap binders; prepare and deliver wrap deliverables to the Residuals department.
• Communicate with agents about clients and upcoming projects; set generals with producers, editors, DPs, etc and the network executives; maintain crew resume binders.
• Handle travel for network executives as well as ATL crew and talent, including flights, cars, hotels, credit card authorization forms, petty cash, and compensation according to their deals.
• Create and maintain a production share drive that includes every document from each show, pre production through post - production, business affairs, casting, development, digital, finance, legal, marketing, on-air, post, programming, public relations, and ad sales; manage the live action calendar of important dates of all productions and distribute to the network.
• Closely work with the Sr. Directors of Production: handle expenses, book travel, order supplies/equipment, maintain show production and script binders, manage calendars.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience working freelance or for a network/studio required
• Skilled communicator / Extremely detail oriented / Multitasker / Forward thinker / Problem solver
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, FileMaker Pro, Smartsheet, Movie Magic Budgeting, Adobe Sign, Adobe Acrobat
• Familiar with both scripted and unscripted programming, as well as the post production process, and a general understanding of union and guild contracts and agreements
• College degree preferred
