Specifically, the Product Manager will be extremely detail-oriented, with a strong product orientation and an affinity for data and analytics in support of driving both product-level and business decisions in conjunction with Product Management leadership.

The Daily:

• Be a ''Feature Owner'' - facilitating feature development from pre-production through to live operations, including experimentation and optimization
• Partner with key stakeholders to help maintain a best-in-class live service that maximizes player engagement while minimizing friction
• Help design new events and promotions to meet monthly revenue and engagement targets
• Own and manage the implementation of events and promotions including configuration, balancing, testing, and messaging
• Help define and prioritize project backlog using both internal and external data-driven signals
• Conduct A/B tests and ad-hoc analysis in service of product performance, strategy, and roadmap decisions

• Strong familiarity with free-to-play monetization strategies, KPIs, and forecasting techniques
• Passion for gaming, free-to-play, and games-as-a-service
• Level of familiarity with higher order mathematics and statistical analysis is greatly advantageous
• Ability to think scientifically and dispassionately about hypotheses related to the performance of the product to formulate plans and tests, resolve experiments, and improve metrics
• Very comfortable managing KPIs through analytics for live, long term engagement games/services
• Skilled in MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel – experience using SQL and Tableau a plus but not required
