The Job

This position exists to provide support and assistance to four London-based lawyers working across WarnerMedia's International Regulatory, Studio Operations and Games & Interactive teams.

The Daily
• Responding accurately and appropriately to internal and external information requests.
• Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and calls.
• Processing and ensuring payment of external counsel invoices.
• Arranging travel, visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
• Managing expense claims and raising POs
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Managing/raising purchase orders for support services.
• Undertaking internal admin tasks (e.g. checking and updating databases of external counsel).
• Managing internal/external post and arranging couriers.
• Document filing and management.
• Co-ordinating with Personal Assistants from other Legal/business functions.
• Managing renewal of practicing certificates.
• Assisting with other ad-hoc administration and project requirements, as needed.

The Essentials
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a legal department.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Ability to navigate and build relationships within a large, International organisation.
