People Partner Coordinator - Temporary

WarnerMedia seeks a People Partner Coordinator supporting our Sales and Distribution businesses, helping to bring the full range of the WM portfolio to audiences.

This individual will support 2 Talent Leads to execute the strategic HR programs for the WM Sales and Distribution business. This role will be engaged in, and have exposure to, a wide range of People and Culture initiatives to enable employees to create career defining moments. This position will be responsible for assisting with general project management, presentation design, and administrative calendar management.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and adaptable team player with an adaptable approach to work; willing to learn and get involved with duties outside of day-to-day job description.

THE DAILY
• Provide day-to-day HR support for the Sales & Distribution Talent Leads on projects and general activities.
• Partner with Talent Leads to stand up and execute Sales and Distribution People priorities: Talent, Culture, Equity & Inclusion, and Organization Effectiveness.
• Conserve leader's time and maintain calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, travel and expenses.
• Manage versioning and formatting of PowerPoint presentations.
• Help prepare for team meetings and manage weekly agendas
• Play an active role in Culture Council and Equity & Inclusion Council activities.
• Plan/track/coordinate processes, projects, and initiatives – reporting on status to internal HR stakeholders
• Be attentive to details and adaptive to department needs, exercising judgment with generally defined practices and policies.

THE ESSENTIALS
• Strong Powerpoint skills with an eye towards design.
• Confident Excel navigation.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with others.
• Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials.
• Strong organizational skills and a good track record of multi-tasking and prioritizing
• An eye for details.
• A healthy interest in the business of entertainment.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Prior experience of Workday or a similar tool is a plus.
