Reports to: Senior People & Culture Partner, Productions

Primary Purpose of Position

The Production HR team is newly formed and dedicated to providing hands-on HR support to cast and crew working on productions across Warner Bros. Discovery content businesses. The role of the People and Culture Co-ordinator is to support the execution of HR programs and activities related to production including, handling employee inquiries, assisting with resolving issues, general project management, relationship management within the TV and Theatrical production environment.

Warner Bros. Discovery Productions - The Daily:
• Provides day to day HR support for Production HR team on projects and administrative tasks (calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting,).
• Assists People & Culture Partner and Senior People & Culture Partner by providing project coordination support on all HR initiatives working closely with People Solutions, COEs, and HRS, as required.
• Helps execute with the People & Culture Partners and Talent Leaders HR-related initiatives such as, organization design & integration, talent management, employee development, performance management, and various programs.
• Serves as an HR point of contact and often intakes information/requests from crew and managers and works to resolve in a proactive and positive manner.
• Organises, conducts, maintains, and analyses data on leavers through the use of exit surveys.
• Develops working relationships with stakeholders including People & Culture Partners, Talent Leaders, Workforce Administration, COE partners, and business employees
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Develop and produce monthly HR / Crew newsletter
• Maintain HR work logs including Policies and ER cases, notifying People & Culture Partner and Senior People & Culture Partner of any that are due for review.
• Act as first point of contact for HR working needs and liaising with the Studio
• HR contact point for production required documents
• Provide admin support for CrewStart Diversity survey and provision of regular dashboards to the Senior People & Culture Partner.
• Maintain digital copies of Crew cases, notes etc
• Conduct Trainee co-ordination including Apprenticeships
• Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
• Schedule Maternity Welfare reviews for People & Culture Partner
• Coordinate, schedule and book training sessions and seminars
• Assist ad-hoc HR projects and work that may arise from time to time
• Support other assigned functions within the TV and Theatrical division
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Skills, experience and qualifications:
• Human Resources qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related client-focused role.
• Good working knowledge of HR practices and procedures within a large organisation
• Pro-active, methodical, accurate and organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with critical thinking and customer service.
• Able to cope in a fast, dynamic, and ever evolving environment in a clam and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, be solution orientated, a genuine curiosity with an appetite to continually review and in prove process.
• A strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop.
• Proven ability to multitask and priorities a busy and changing workload, while thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Good judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of MS Office, Box and related business and communication tools.
• Film or TV production experience is not essential
