Overall Purpose of the Role
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Temporary (18 months)
• The LATAM Payroll Analyst supports the Latam Payroll Manager in payroll processes by performing the different tasks related payroll.
• Argentina: Responsible for compiling the information and verifying is correctly to be informed to the external vendor
• Main contact with the payroll external vendor, to ensure the accuracy of the payroll calculation
• Collaborate with migrations and implementation/ deployments of new the payroll provider. (SafeGuard)
• Ensure compliance with the calendars of each of the countries
• Collaborate on process harmonization of the different entities.
• Collaborate on the assessment and documentation of the payroll processes for the region.
• Collaborate on internal and external audits as a focal point.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
• Support HR inquires related to payroll.
• Collaborate on compiling statistics and reports on a regular basis as well as ad hoc requests as well as Year-end reporting
