Job Description
The primary function of this role is to support the PM Director and PM Manager in the development and execution of media plans for WarnerMedia. Delivering excellent plan stewardship by interacting with creative, digital and other marketing team members is a key component of this position. Will work closely as the liaison with the Media agency, integrated planning, broadcast and digital creative management teams to ensure plan objectives are met, plans are updated as direction changes and oversee plan execution.

The Coordinator must possess flexibility, be willing to assume challenges and increased responsibility, be resourceful and a problem solver, as well as keeping an eye out for ways to improve workflows/increase efficiency, etc. They must have a strong desire to grow within the job, and learn more about WarnerMedia key initiatives and businesses.

ACTIVITIES
• Ensure excellence in the execution of media planning for Latam and that is in line with the corporate strategy, guaranteeing excellent and measurable results.
• Support the media strategy to exploring new formats, platforms, and segmentation to reach the target in a disruptive way to guarantee media KPIs. / Working on the media plans considering the target journey to support the area KPIs.
• Support and cultivate the relationship with the main media partners, directly and through the agencies, in addition to receiving, analysing and enhancing the proposals and establishing the rates, generating success cases and working on optimization.
• Coordinate with media agency for plan document updates and execution / Ask for proposals / participate at meetings with vendors / analyse vendor and agency proposals
• Budget control and management, collaborating with the team controller. Forecast future media spends.
• Cooperate with business units, leveraging strategic vision to inform, consult, and recommend innovative solutions to unrivalled challenges.
• Directly interact with areas and be able to answer questions about campaign performance, analysis, and strategy. / Partner with internal teams to leverage data to identify audience segments
• Interact with the different areas to guarantee the execution of the planned and identify the opportunities in the WarnerMedia ecosystems, ensuring the generation of synergy.
• Share best practices / support other areas media decision / Prepare client facing deliverables and reports around pacing, optimization, and testing analyses.
• Compile updates on partner capabilities and stay abreast competitive insights and industry trends
• Bring innovative ideas to campaign strategies / Stay up to date with media trends, potential new channels, and strategies to continue pushing WM as a high-performing company

Job Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience in BS/BA in related field preferred in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, or Business/Digital media planning experience.
• Broad knowledge and experience in with cross channel media campaigns, with focus on digital media advertising and social media platforms and their relationship with each other in cross channel media campaigns.
• Experience in manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
• Ability to creating test & learn strategies intended to drive media performance a plus.
• Ability to organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent project managerial skills
• Ability to convey and connect both technical concepts and business context
• Experience with digital media planning and strategy experience, agency experience a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English advanced/fluent. You will participate every day in meetings with teams around the globe.
• Desirable Experience in Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint user
• Experience in in campaign management and set up preferred
