The Job

WB Games' Digital Publishing team is recruiting a Manager, UA – Mobile Influencer Marketing. This person will work within the Performance Marketing team, in collaboration with the Influencer Relations team, and will be responsible for coordinating across those teams to manage significant budgets and making measurable contributions to the company's revenue and operating income. The ideal candidate must be strong in both forecasting and measurement, free-to-play games, must be a team player, and have a solid understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.

The Daily
• Forecasting: Detail expected outcomes of campaigns along various performance KPIs, most importantly player acquisition and ROI. Work with platfrom and agency partners to document benchmark KPIs and maintain realistic expectations for the organization.
• Measurement: Partner with analysts, and data science teams to measure the impact of influencer campaigns. Quantify the results and measure against forecasts.
• Reporting: Drive initiatives to consolidate analytics and KPI reporting across the business, globally.
• AB Testing: Develop and work through a backlog of test-and-learn hypotheses to refine the best tactics for generating ROI on influencer marketing investments.
• UA Campaign Planning: Provide UA/performance marketing driven perspectives on influencer plans/strategy and assist in campaign development alongside the influencer relations team.
• Advocacy: Represent the interests of both the UA/performance marketing and influencer relations teams across both teams and with cross functional teams, development studios, etc. Develop and document significant learnings and best practices in the performance marketing space to keep the UA and influencer relations team at the cutting edge.
• UA/Performance Marketing Budget Management: Work with influencer relations team to develop paid influencer budget allocations.
• Internal Operations: Understanding and ability to manage internal legal and finance processes and logistics for influencer and agency contracts, FTC disclosures, etc.

The Essentials
• 5+ years of experience working in mobile games, User Acquisition and/or Influencer Marketing, across diverse portfolio of apps, games and/or marketing channels, and an established history of unlocking performance through testing and measurement.
• Experience working on top 25 grossing mobile apps and/or top selling console titles.
• Experience with strategic planning and with forecasting and articulating business outcomes.
• Expertise with BI tools like Looker
• Extensive experience with User Acquistion measurement tools
• Strong understanding of free-to-play business model, understanding of player LTV, ARPU curves, and relationship with CPI
• Clear understanding of influencer platform algorithms
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and Twitch content creators and pricing
