Your New Role...

WarnerMedia seeks a Manager, Strategic Free Cash Flow (FCF) Management.

This position will play an integral role in the Strategic FCF Management team reporting directly to the Executive Director, Strategic FCF Management. The team works closely with executive leadership, business divisions, corporate functions, and other groups to synthesize cash flow planning and drive free cash flow optimization. This role will focus on cash flow forecasting, analytics, and metrics performance management as well as contribute to the preparation of key executive reporting deliverables. The successful candidate will have excellent excel modeling skills, a strong understanding of key financial statements and accounting/finance concepts, superior oral and written communication, and be a team player.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• This position focuses on cash flow forecasting, analytics, and metrics performance management.
• This role also handles the cash modeling of collections and reviews the A/R DSO assumptions, P/L cash conversion ratios, and all cash planning and ad hoc projects regarding collections.
• The forecast reporting above shall include the long-range plan, budget, monthly forecast, and pacing.
• Assist to prepare executive reporting and analysis and presentation around each forecast cycle.
• Use data to suggest improvements to forecast modeling processes and deliverables.
• Liaise with various business units in the Warner Media group of companies to request and improve cash management reporting.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 - 7 finance/accounting or related experience
• Big 4 experience highly preferable. Audit/Transaction Services a plus.
• Additional experience in a corporate setting (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury) is highly preferable
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex, dynamic financial models using the three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement direct and indirect) a must
• Strong analytical skillset with the ability to multi-task and work with efficiency a must
• Strong attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership of deliverables a must
• Strong oral and written communication skillset to effectively collaborate across the global organization a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) a must
• Strong, efficient user of EPM / SAP highly preferable
• Ability to operate with flexibility in a dynamic work environment is a must
• Entertainment industry experiences preferred
• Proficient in SAP, Business Objects, or BW Reporting preferred
