The Job

The WMTO Data Strategy and Product team is seeking an experience App Implementation Manager to perform a key role in the measurement and attribution vertical. The App Implementation Manager will partner with ad sales, marketing and measurement business units across WarnerMedia brands to develop and drive an enterprise-wide measurement and attribution strategy. He or she will actively collaborate with WMTO technology teams to define a suite of measurement and attribution products, roadmaps and epics of work that deliver on the enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate will bring experience within media measurement and attribution space, a sound technical background and great communication skills as well as a willingness to navigate a large organization and drive consensus among various business units.

Daily
• Evaluate and document the current state of media (linear, D2C, ad sales, marketing, etc.) measurement and attribution across the WarnerMedia enterprise.
• Collaborate with business unit leads across WarnerMedia to define the current pain points and revenue generating opportunities within the measurement and attribution space
• Develop a product portfolio and specific, executable roadmap for the implementation of measurement and attribution tools across the enterprise
• Collaborate with tech leads in a variety of WMTO groups to define, prioritize and estimate the development work required to deliver on product roadmaps.
• Manage a team of junior product managers or analysts, ensuring that product epics and tasks are properly documented with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Manage the agile process (PI planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc) for a portfolio of measurement and attribution products
• Be a thought leader in the media measurement and attribution space and an advocate for the WMTO data strategy and product group and the enterprise-wide view that team provides.

Essentials
• Experience with traditional media measurement services (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) as well as new media marketing measurement and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Amplitude, etc.).
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and effectively implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience managing a portfolio of products and operating in an agile methodology
• 7+ years of media measurement and attribution experience (or similar ad sales / marketing experience)
• 7+ years of overall experience in technology development and delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing a team
