Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, Global Theatrical Governance & Reporting for the EFS - Invoice to Cash department.
The Manager, Global Theatrical Governance & Reporting will support the OTC operations for global theatrical (affiliates, licensees), non-theatrical, and flip clips. This position will report to the Director and have one Sr. Analyst to manage.
The Daily
• Coordinate OTC activities including customer master data, invoicing, cash application, collections, credit management, account reconciliations and dashboard reporting. Monitor operational metrics to ensure BPO service provider results meet operation objectives for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. Coordinate with GBS OTC management team and BU/territory contacts to resolve issues and escalations.
• Directly manage Sr. Financial Analyst for licensing, non-theatrical, film clips, and miscellaneous AR
• Analyze customer collection risk and make recommendations on establishing an appropriate bad debt reserve. Review and summarize weekly cash collections and prepare cash forecasts.
• Other special projects including process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc reporting
The Essentials
• 5 – 10 years previous work experience in accounting or finance
• Excel knowledge intermediate to advanced
• Bachelors or advanced degree
Desirable Requirements
• Theatrical and entertainment industry experience
• Experience working with receivables or order-to-cash
• Experience with business process improvements
• CPA or other professional certification a plus
