Junior E-Commerce Manager

This role is accountable for and manages the execution and optimisation of 3rd party online retailers, marketplaces and licensees ecommerce business in France, in order to ultimately deliver increased traffic, revenue for Consumer Products.

The Daily

3rd party retailers, pure players:
• Develop and implement branded stores: design, content, ASIN…
• Analyse and optimise product pages with licensees
• Drive recommendations for pure players advertising: keyword research, sponsored product, brand…
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations on SEO of third-party retailers and marketplaces
• Create dashboard to analyse data from pure players and licensees and make recommendations to optimize
• Transfer learnings beyond 3rd party retailers to multichannel retailers.

E-retailers:
• Identify opportunities to improve our brands/products visibility on website of our retail partners
• Make recommendations on e-assortment to our retail partners
• Create dashboard and analyse data from e-retailers and licensees and make recommendations to optimize

Social Media:
• Identify social media opportunities to improve traffic and sales on e-shop of our retail partners
• Work closely with the Franchise team to make connections with our retail partners and our social media's network
• Implement local digital project from international team
• Analyse and recommend optimization and share best practices with our partners
• Track, optimize and share learnings across Consumer Products and other divisions to support the business digital transformation.

Design, assets:
• Identify our needs in terms of assets for pure players, multichannel and social media and work closely with EMEA franchise team to give feedback on it
• Work on design of branded stores and implement available/new content on branded stores as soon as available

Analytics:
• Analyse pure players' and other e-retailers' performance and create recommendations
• Analyse actions on social media and recommend optimization
• Create real-time data dashboards and recommend optimization based on key learnings
• Work with key trade partners on data tracking (licensee, e-tailers), implement floodlights, create a full customer-funnel analytics tracker and recommend regular optimization.

The Essentials
• Strong analytical skills required, knowledge and ability to work with Excel, to create and optimize dashboards.
• Ability to come up with new analyses, create recommendations and conclusions, even with limited data.
• Has experience of presenting clear and logical arguments to achieve business objectives and is able to do this effectively.
• Frequently uses storytelling in order to convey more complicated messages and facts.
• Builds productive, lasting relationships with the team, other divisions in Warner Media and partners.
• Operates closely with the team to draft strategic plans for channel/group of accounts.
• Provides insights to drive increased partner engagement and sets account plans with revenue contingencies.
• Measures performance against set of KPIs.
• Over deliver on revenue targets by matching stakeholder needs with business solutions.
• We need someone creative to design stores and have ideas to improve existing if needed.
• Takes the opportunity to provide in-the-moment coaching and development to other team members.

The Nice to Have
• BAC +5 on marketing/digital with an interest in entertainment
• At least one relevant previous ecommerce/analytics experience (2/3 years) in pureplay, online retail channel or marketplace preferred
• Knowledge of pure players' advertising mechanism is a real +
• Strong ability to work with data, analyse and draw conclusions even based on limited data
• Strong knowledge of Excel; ability to create real-time dashboards and manage them
• An understanding of how shoppers search & purchase online
• Knowledge of pure players' advertising mechanism is a real +
• Future thinking – outside in perspective, ability to think ahead and test and learn with new opportunities
• Proven experience of working in a multi-cultural / matrix environment
• Knowledge and experience with SEO

Junior E-Commerce Manager

Ce poste consiste à gérer l'exécution et l'optimisation des activités de E-Commerce des détaillants en ligne tiers, des places de marché et des titulaires de licences en France, afin d'augmenter le trafic et les revenus des produits de consommation.

Le quotidien

Détaillants tiers, pure players :
• Développer et mettre en place des boutiques de marque : design, contenu, ASIN...
• Analyser et optimiser les pages produits avec les licenciés
• Formuler des recommandations pour la publicité des pure players : recherche de mots clés, produit sponsorisé, marque...
• Fournir des informations et des recommandations claires sur le référencement des détaillants tiers et des places de marché.
• Créer un tableau de bord pour analyser les données des pure players et des licenciés et faire des recommandations pour optimiser.
• Transférer les apprentissages au-delà des détaillants tiers vers les détaillants multicanaux.

Détaillants en ligne :
• Identifier les opportunités d'améliorer la visibilité de nos marques/produits sur les sites web de nos partenaires détaillants.
• Faire des recommandations sur l'assortiment électronique à nos partenaires détaillants.
• Créer un tableau de bord et analyser les données des e-détaillants et des licenciés et faire des recommandations pour optimiser.

Médias sociaux :
• Identifier les opportunités de médias sociaux pour améliorer le trafic et les ventes sur les e-shops de nos partenaires détaillants.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Franchise pour établir des liens avec nos partenaires détaillants et notre réseau de médias sociaux.
• Mettre en œuvre le projet numérique local de l'équipe internationale
• Analyser et recommander des optimisations et partager les meilleures pratiques avec nos partenaires.
• Assurer le suivi, l'optimisation et le partage des enseignements tirés de l'expérience dans le secteur des produits de consommation et dans d'autres divisions afin de soutenir la transformation numérique de l'entreprise.

Design, Assets :
• Identifiez nos besoins en termes d'actifs pour les pure players, le multicanal et les médias sociaux et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de franchise de l'EMEA pour donner votre avis à ce sujet.
• Travailler sur la conception des magasins de marque et mettre en œuvre le contenu disponible/nouveau sur les magasins de marque dès qu'il est disponible.

Analyses :
• Analyser les performances des pure players et des autres e-retailers et formuler des recommandations.
• Analyser les actions sur les média
