The Job

The International Financial Project Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the TV Production businesses are supported in their use of MS Dynamics (Just Produce). They will also help ensure to have efficient and well-controlled production finance processes and that group policies are applied consistently across the relevant businesses.

The Project Analyst is a subject matter expert in MS Dynamics, consulting on the deployment and configuration for international production businesses.

The Daily
• Drive consistency in procedures, controls, and application of MS Dynamics (Just Produce) and interface to/from SAP across Opco's
• Collect and review system issues and defects reported by Opco's. Prioritize and track progress to resolve
• Oversee Interface translation table change requests and interface error handling issues
• Where required, project manage new deployments and systems enhancements, and participate in systems testing. Support data reconciliation as part of migration process for the creation of new businesses
• Ensure Opco manuals; and control documentation processes for production petty cash, banking, payroll, procurement etc. meet required policy standards.
• Support training initiatives and act as an advocate for Just Produce and Interface
• Act as subject matter expert for MS Dynamics to SAP data reconciliation processes as part of the monthly close processes. Identify where issues in the reconciliations require training or support

The Essentials
• Accounting qualification, preferably Accounting and Big4 background
• Extensive experience of auditing process, controls, and risk management
• Experience working with financial processes and improving controls
• Comfortable working with senior business leaders, creative heads, operational and financial management, with an ability to translate business and financial matters in a clear and comprehensive manner to non-finance people
• Commercially aware and grounded but with the ability to be ''hands-on'' when required
• Ability to solve problems/draw conclusions, summarize technical information for executive review, exhibiting judgment and a good understanding of the key issues.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
