Job Description
HRS Specialist (Temporary)Reporting to the HRS Manager the HRS Specialist (temporary for one year) is responsible for providing HR administrative and system related support to employees based in Latam. The position will also be responsible for responding to first level HR queries (either remotely or face to face). Manage and coordinate day to day delivery of services. This is a temporary position for 6 months with possibilities of renovation.
General tasks 50%
• Performs HR transactions in Workday
• Prepares Payroll information
• Responds to tier 1 employee inquires
• Performs personnel administration activities, like documents preparation.
Processes 25%
• Executes repeatable processes
• Onboards/Offboards employees
• Check position information
• Supports benefits team, initial response to benefits issues
• Tracks probation periods
Other 25%
• Assists with reporting and audit
• Other general HR administrative work
Essential
At least 3 years of experience in the general field of HR administrations/operations
Good professional level of English desirable
Experience and knowledge Personnel administration tasks.
Demonstrated effectiveness working with contact center technology including but not limited to contact center tracking system and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Workday knowledge preferred
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge of Brazilian local labor laws, experience working with works councils / trade unions is preferred
Ability to manage, influence, partner, negotiate, effectively communicate through verbal and written methods
