The Job
The People Partner team is at the center of the HR function. People Partners are connected to business units (BU) and work closely with Talent Leaders and the business to understand a BU's talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges and then in partnership with the People Solutions team and HR COEs, identifies & implements strategies and solutions that deliver high impact.
The UK People Partner organization partners with all UK-based WarnerMedia lines of business, including film and television distribution, networks, consumer products, digital distribution and licensing, Kids, Young Adults and Classics (KYAC), WB Studio Tours & Operations (Leavesden), and all WB Games development studios.
The Daily
The HR People Partner supports the execution of HR programs, handles employee inquiries, and takes on general to Employee Relations, performance management, and coaching for a dynamic and fast-paced business.
• Provides day to day HR support for employee population.
• Creates and activates the BU implementation strategy for core HR/talent programs.
• Develops strong working relationships with stakeholders including People Partner Lead, Talent Leader, Workforce Administration, COE partners, and Business Manager(s).
• Helps People Partner team to manage and resolve HR issues including, but not limited to, performance management, conflict management, coaching, development, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent and team development and compliance, working closely with Talent Leaders, People Solutions, COEs, HRS, ER and Legal as required.
• Work closely with the People Partner Leads and Talent Leaders to execute and implement HR-related initiatives such as, organization design & integration, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, and performance management.

The Nice to Haves
• Previous experience working with a total reward system is preferred.
• Experience working with Workday databases highly preferable.
• Previous experience of working within an American parent company and complex matrix organisation across EMEA countries highly advantageous.
• European language skills highly advantageous.
• Degree or equivalent qualification or CIPD preferred.
