Executive Assistant

The Job

The Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative support directly to the Country Manager.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of providing exceptional and dedicated support, adopt a positive, professional and delivery-focused approach and be flexible and resilient to carry out multiple varied tasks with minimal direction.

The Daily
• Managing really complex and moving agenda and organizing meetings with high level contacts
• Greeting visitors and filtering phone calls
• Booking travel & accommodation in France and abroad
• Follow up on meetings, correspondences, projects and confidential matters
• Managing invoices, travel & expenses
• Reviewing emails and presentations as well as translations
• Coordination between the French office, international offices and headquarters

The Essentials
• At least associate degree
• At least 5 years assisting top level Executives in a large multinational company
• Experience preferably acquired in fast pace and demanding environments
• Bilingual in English/French
• Professionalism when interacting with Senior Executives
• Excellent communication both oral and written, sense of diplomacy
• Ability to anticipate, prioritize and juggle changing business needs
• Flexibility
• Detail-oriented and strong execution skills
• Advanced knowledge of Pack Office
• Discretion with confidential information
