Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks an Executive Assistant II for the WWTVM Digital Media department
• The Daily
• Maintains executive calendar and coordinate group meetings. Manages phone/emails/messages and travel.
• Assists department VP and Directors when needed.
• Holds Purchasing Card for the department and reconcile all charges. Submits and approves invoices, creates purchase orders and act as the liaison between vendors and WB for payments.
• Responsible for disseminating and routing materials/correspondence for approval from both internally and external clients.
• Liaison for dept. operational needs, including office equipment, PCs, phones, printers, supplies, lists etc.
• Perform miscellaneous job related duties or projects as assigned.
• The Essentials
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• PC Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality.
• Must have ability to create & maintain databases & other resources.
• Slack, Teams experience a plus
• Must have excellent follow-through skills.
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines without close supervision or assistance
