The Job
The Executive Assistant provides support to the Studio Head, directly manages the Administrative Assistant, and is expected to support the studio to keep it operating successfully through clear communication, organization, and by anticipating upcoming challenges. This role will work in close partnership with the Studio Head, other studio leaders, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

The Daily
• Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and track and submit expenses for the Studio Head.
• Manage special projects as needed, including studio events. This may include the preparation of written and visual presentation materials, seating floor plans, slide decks, org charts, and more.
• Delegate tasks and empower the Administrative Assistant, and help facilitate their success. Additionally, assist with meeting scheduling, catering orders, and equipment and supply orders.
• Maintain studio spaces, ensuring processes are in place for meeting rooms and other common spaces, keeping them stocked, well presented and functional. Assist with changes in studio layout.
• Other duties as necessary.

The Essentials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
• Able to prioritize varied short- and long-term goals.
• Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing one or more direct reports.

The Nice to Haves
• Ability to craft clear presentation materials.
• Knowledge and interest in video games.
• Experience working in a cross-discipline creative team.
