The Job

The Research Department is seeking an Executive Assistant. This person would provide administrative support to the SVP of Research & Measurement and SVP of Consumer Insights .
• Requiring a high degree of autonomy and judgement to resolve frequent and complex administrative situations.
• Maintains a strong organizational and filing system for both teams, requiring thorough knowledge of all ongoing projects and activities and their associated materials.
• Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, meetings, and notes call, etc.
• Takes initiative to think through participants & meeting agendas to support ongoing team focus as well as specific projects.
• Answer's telephone, logs, and places calls.
• Maintains expenses, travel planning, reservations, etc.
• Plans and coordinates event logistics (i.e., development retreat, division events) including creating grids of information, RSVP lists, and booking hotels, cars and other activities as required.
• Prepares virtual and in-person meetings with required materials (presentations, writing materials, etc.), technical needs (conferencing, break out rooms, etc.) and when appropriate, food or refreshments.
• Is a resource and conduit for all team members to learn about relevant administrative processes, policies or other comms.
• Set up central cloud server and repository
• Manage access to cloud server, repository and other research tools for existing and new team members
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Essentials
• BA/BS degree
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience providing administrative support required, preferably within the TV or entertainment industry, Research
• Must have proficiency with MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint, & tech savvy.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent proofreading & writing skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills & possess ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must have ability to create & maintain databases & other resources.
• Must be able to work in extremely fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have excellent follow-through skills, ensuring that tasks are completed to their entirety and that all requisite parteies are properly notified.
• Must have ability to self-direct, work under minimal supervision. Take initiative to pursue projects in the office with minimal direction.
• Must be willing to collaborative on common tasks or projects impacting the larger department & to successfully see projects/tasks through to completion.
• Must be detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints.
• Must be able to resolve conflicts within the scope of responsibility.
• Must be able to work overtime, as required.
