The Job
Bleacher Report is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide support to three high-level executives. This position will autonomously perform complex administrative support for the SVP, Business Development, Head of Marketing & Brand Development, and SVP, Revenue Strategy. He/She must show initiative in assisting the executives in all areas of daily business including calendar management, travel, screening calls and visitors, and handling expense reports. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for making independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of work. Interested candidates should strive to be an extension of the executives and therefore demonstrate at all times: excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, friendly and efficient personality, exemplary phone manner, and the ability to anticipate whenever possible.
The Daily
• Provide Admin Support for three Leadership Execs (SVP, Business Development, Head of Marketing & Brand Development, SVP, Revenue Strategy), including,
• Heavy Calendar management
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Expense Management, including reconciling expenses in Concur, approving invoices in Ariba, and overall supervision of execs' T&E
• Assisting with various meeting/event planning such as offsites, all hands, leadership meetings (booking conference rooms, group reservations, catering, and other logistics)
• Working closely with Leadership execs' direct reports (as well as their reports) to help them prioritize joint meetings, travel, and other miscellaneous administrative needs
• Developing and maintaining network/relationship with assistants of other executives in Bleacher Report and Warner Brothers Discovery
• Work in close coordination with the larger office operations and administrative team
The Essentials
• 2-4 years experience in administrative assistant role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have strong communication and organization skills
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
• Ability to excel with minimal or no direction or guidance
• Within guidelines, make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work
• Great attention to detail and proactivity
• Proficiency with utilizing MS Office and Google suite (Gmail, Google calendar)
• Expense management and budget accountability experience preferred
• Awareness of Bleacher Report's voice + knowledge of internet sports culture
