The Job

The International Equity and Inclusion team is responsible for defining and reinforcing an enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy that ensures Warner Media continues to fulfill its commitments to building and nurturing an organization that encourages, and values equity and inclusion in our workplace and our world-class content. As Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager - BRG, you will serve as Business Resource Group (BRG) Ambassador – DEI partner for local, regional and/or global BRG's point of contact to deepen engagement and to help increase groups' reach and impact

The Daily
• Play an integral role in managing company wide DEI strategic initiatives: planning and overall annual programming, culture-employee experience, professional development, CSR community initiatives, talent relations, industry events, etc.
• Cultivate strong relationships across WarnerMedia to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders providing strategic direction on DEI and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assess, measure and track metrics with key outputs connected to DEI initiatives, employee engagement, taskforces and councils, etc.
• Support the development and adoption of DEI strategies and best practices both internally and externally.
• Manage D&I related surveys including selection, completion and measuring ROI.

• Excellent project/program management skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global work environment.

• Familiarity with published literature and research on DEI in the workplace.
• Have diverse experience in different cultures across International.

• Data savvy, being able tell the right stories using data, leveraging insight to measure return on investment and progress against the DEI agenda.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current DEI needs and DEI trends.
• Passion to drive change, highly organised and strong strategy and execution capabilities.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability to manage BRG budgets.
• Proven passion for the topics of diversity & inclusion, workplace culture and social impact.
