The Job:

Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks a Director, Marketing Operations Project Management for the Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing (WBWTVM) Digital Media department.

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations Project Management who is a dynamic self-starter to develop, launch, and lead strategic and coordinated cross-organizational initiatives on behalf of WBWTVM across WarnerMedia business units and external partners. Projects will include both consumer facing initiatives (i.e. DC FanDome) as well as B2B initiatives (i.e. B2B alignment and unification, backend support for HBO Max and international rollout).

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, love the act of planning and organization, and enjoy working inside a flexible team-oriented environment. This candidate should be versed in project management styles, methodologies, and processes. Tenacity, self-direction, and follow-up skills are a must, as well as, the ability to anticipate issues and find effective solutions.

In addition, this candidate will represent international markets and lead international marketing initiatives on behalf of the Burbank office. This candidate will work proactively with local sales and marketing executives to anticipate pre- and post- sales support and marketing approvals as needed.

The Daily:
• Serves as project lead and works closely with other WM divisions and internal/external design and development teams to define project strategy, goals, deliverables, timeline, and budget for various projects for the Warner Bros. Television Group.
• Tracks and reports on progress of projects. Prepares and maintains project plans as the project progresses. Sets realistic project timelines and manages projects to meet deadlines.
• Creates and manages a communication plan for all stakeholders.
• Leads international marketing initiatives & supports requests as needed
• Performs other job-related duties and projects as assigned.

The Essentials:

Work Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in project management or marketing operations
• Experience working in a Studio environment preferred
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment preferred
• Experience working in International preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, business, or technical discipline
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Google Project Management Professional Certificate preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Knowledge/Skills
• Empathy and active listening are essential to the product management discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong knowledge of television production, distribution, and marketing businesses
• Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence, or similar product management tools
• Basic knowledge of websites, coding languages, APIs, and databases
• Experience with content management systems
• Expert Mac/PC computing skills.
