The Job
The Creative Director is accountable for the game's creative identity - as told through visuals, lore, and narrative – at a level above most mobile games, drawing in a mass market that fulfills the potential of our top IP's. The Director is exceptionally capable in communicating this vision and provides creative inspiration for the team throughout the development cycle.

The Daily
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the design department
• Ability to pull together disparate narrative elements into a cohesive framework that provides strong vision for team to follow
• Establish and reinforce creative excellence, operational standards, and maintain awareness of innovative best practices. Set a vision of the highest standard for productivity, initiative, and teamwork.
• Interact with peers, management and senior management of other departments to maintain alignment, build relationships and improve quality to deliverables and timelines

The Essentials
• Minimum 6 years of game industry experience, with at least 3 or more years in a leadership position
• Has demonstrable examples of mastery in the art of storytelling and narrative development using games as a medium.
• Depth and breadth of discipline knowledge, broad operating knowledge across all disciplines within the development environment
• Exceptional management skills showcasing the ability to motivate and develop teams of significant size
• Shipped at least 1 title

The Nice to Haves
• Deep knowledge of major Warner Brothers intellectual property, such as DC Entertainment super-heroes
• Deep understanding of the collectible character / RPG genre
• Narrative writing skill
