The Job

The Equity + Inclusion Workforce & Production team is looking for a coordinator to support the strategies and programs which will advance WarnerMedia's Equity + Inclusion goals. As a coordinator, you will need to anticipate the needs of the people, teams, and projects you support and efficiently execute to ensure those near-term and long-term needs are met. You are eager to learn and grow in your ability every day and proactively seek out feedback and act on that feedback. You will view each project and task as an opportunity to demonstrate excellent and high-quality level work that not only meets, but frequently exceeds expectations and outcomes.

The Daily
• Prepare and review internal and external department communications; draft written materials, surveys, reports, proposals, emails, letters, decks, speeches, and/or presentations in a timely manner
• Conduct internal and external research to advance Equity + Inclusion strategies and support with data analysis, interpretation, and preparation in partnership with various internal WM teams – e.g., People Growth & Solutions, Talent & Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics team
• Serve as a liaison between Workforce & Production and outside vendors, ensuring continuity, timeliness, and accuracy of all projects
• Provide advanced, detailed administrative support to advance the projects and relationship building efforts – e.g., schedule meetings, capture notes
• Participate in team meetings and one-on-ones with relevant stakeholders to gather information and proactively identify connection points and opportunities to partner – e.g., biweekly strategy meetings, weekly corporate production meetings
• Develop and update workflows for consistency as projects evolve
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans. Demonstrating a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing and functional processes.

The Essentials
• Basic understanding of the media industry and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
• Good writing, research, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience writing project briefs, developing workplans, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong, concise, writing skills
• Advanced communication skills, including both written (documents and presentations) and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to manage 8-10 projects simultaneously, while maintaining your cool
• Proven experience juggling multiple projects, meeting aggressive deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment while skill being nice to people
• Familiarity with WebEx, and skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge, commitment, and passion for Equity + Inclusion
• Ability to work independently; a self-starter
• A willingness to approach every day with a whatever-it-takes mentality, considering no task too small or job too big because it gives you a chance to learn and grow
