The Job

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Coordinator, Distribution Marketing for the Sales department. The Coordinator of Distribution Marketing serves as liaison between marketing, creative, production, sales, and all domestic affiliates/clients (Broadcast, Cable & Streaming) to support a wide variety of marketing needs. The Coordinator's primary responsibility is to assist in the execution of marketing efforts, helping achieve increased ratings, client satisfaction and revenue for Warner Bros. distributed content. This position is based in Burbank and reports to the Vice President of Domestic Distribution Marketing.

The Daily
• Organize, coordinate, and maintain schedule of Broadcast and Cable syndicated episodes to avoid duplication across platforms for shows such as Friends, Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Mom, Two and a Half Men, etc.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between networks, especially during holiday and special event programming stunts.
• Support sweepstakes execution and recap decks.
• Help ideate and develop Theme weeks and Sweepstakes based on episode knowledge.
• Assist in the fulfillment cooperative marketing (Co-Op) submission and reimbursement obligations, business unit coding, entry of PO's, P-Card reimbursement, and vendor setups. Flag any positive or negative variance in spending.
• Maintain email marketing, retargeting and opt-in lists for direct to consumer marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with multiple Cable Networks including, TBS, Nick at Nite, MTV, Paramount, TVLand, IFC, AMC, Freeform, FX, FXX, CMT, Hallmark, TNT, Start TV (Weigel).

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years professional experience in marketing, publicity, promotion at an Agency, TV Station or Network preferred.
• Strong background in Broadcast, Cable & Streaming preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Superior organizational skills with ability to both multi-task and follow-through on long-term projects.
• Detail-Oriented, Reliable & Trustworthy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive/can-do attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a large team environment.
• A love of Television & Film.
