The Job

The International Compensation Project Consultant will be a key member of the International Reward Team. This role will support the International Compensation Project Director on International compensation harmonization activities.

Post harmonization this role will support International compensation projects and annual project reviews for international (e.g. pay ranges, sales plans, annual rewards etc…)

This role will need to work collaboratively across the International Total Rewards team and Global Total Rewards team.

The Daily
• Support the compensation harmonization activity across International focusing on plans and programmes that span across all regions (WBD Job Architecture, Job Levelling, Pay Ranges)
• Represent the International Reward Team through the Annual Rewards Process ensuring the team is kept up to date on project timelines, processes, key changes and communications requirements.
• Work closely with the Global Compensation Team during the Annual Rewards Process on any auditing, testing, analysis and calculation requirements for International.
• Partner with the Manager International Compensation Projects to create tools and guidelines to support the International Reward Team.
• Support in the design and creation of training materials and FAQ's to assist in the education of Compensation Programms for P&C, Managers and employees.
• Partner closely with the Global Compensation Team to ensure alignment between US and International on all compensation plans, programmes and projects.
• Support the International Project Director as needed on any ad hoc projects.

The Essentials
• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly where priorities change.
• Strong experience of Compensation Plans such as Levelling, Bonus Plans, Sales Plans and Compensation Programmes.
• Strong communication skills that are clear and engaging, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience.
• Excellent customer service skills exhibiting a high level of tact and diplomacy.
• A global 'one team' mindset to support collaborative working across the team with a willingness to both take a lead or support role as needed.
• Self-motivated and solution orientated, always displaying absolute discretion and confidentiality
• excel, MS office skills, including PowerPoint.

The Nice-to-Haves
• Google sheets, Docs, and Slides skills
• Prior experience in delivering projects activities
