The Job

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Cloud Automation Engineer, Account Admin Tools for the Monetization & Workplace Tech: Provisioning & Account Admin department.

The Cloud Automation Engineer, Account Admin Tools position is responsible for developing and supporting critical applications and tools in the Enterprise Technology, Account Administration portfolio. This position will gather requirements, produce functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities.

This position will provide technical solutions in the identity and Access Management focus area: Active Directory, Azure AD, and Data Blending landscape. Applications and Services in this space include Workday, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, PowerShell, Logic Apps, Access Databases, Azure Automation Accounts, Quest ARS, Azure and AWS public cloud. Detailed technical knowledge of a variety of technologies and business knowledge of On-Boarding and Off-Boarding processes, People Data and Identity data is required.

You will be part of the team that is responsible for designing, developing, and operating the infrastructure and applications focused on Cloud technologies, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing environment issues, and developing the monitoring solutions and tools which will automate user provisioning activities. The position support additional products and tools used within the department, including API integrations with Active Directory, Workday, SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow and people data platforms as needed.

The Daily
• Write automation, scheduling and orchestration tasks for various business processes and data workflows with Azure Logic Apps. Heavy emphasis on Automated User Provisioning, Deprovisioning, and Update processes.
• Manage Azure Automation Account PowerShell runbooks, jobs, schedules, and modules.
• Write ETL processes with user provisioning data sets and reports
• Deploy and oversee DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
• Write Infrastructure as Code and deploy with Terraform
• Build serverless applications on the cloud with Azure PowerApps, Web Apps, Functions.
• Manage and enhance Monitor and Alerting systems with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Storage Accounts, DataDog.
• Design, write and develop logic with PowerShell Scripts to automate and enhance the provisioning, deprovisioning, and updates of user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and other related Microsoft services.
• Manages and triages incidents and user requests based on priority and urgency of the issues.
• Push, Pull, and Review code within GitHub, Azure DevOps repos.
• Designs and develops enhancements and new functionality and components for Account Administration tools and applications. (Azure Account Automation, Logic Apps, PowerShell Scripts, Quest Reports, Access Databases)
• Create custom reports and scripts against Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange online, and other related Office 365 services.
• Designs, develops and tests new or updated application code to meet the requirements.
• Manages end to end deployment of new features.
• Develop and rollout solutions that continue to support automation throughout the Account Admin operation and auto-provisioning capabilities.
• Partners with Clients and Technology Solutions to define and capture business requirements, technical requirements, determines scope, and estimates the effort in the development of Technology requirements.
• Leads application development related activities while ensuring that appropriate governance exists for all delivery of technology solutions.
• The Essentials
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with configuration and development of HR related applications using Microsoft Azure or AWS technologies, preferably within the Entertainment industry
• Minimum of 3 years of programming experience with PowerShell.
• knowledge and practical experience with Azure, Office 365 and Windows infrastructure administration
• Strong Experience with Identity - Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Identities.
• Experience with complex integrations preferably between HR, and Identity Access management solutions
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Automation Accounts.
• Experience with test driven development, CI/CD, Agile practices, and tools desired
• Understanding of the technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource management experience
• Experience planning and implementing enhancements, operating, and maintaining technology systems supporting existing business process and live productive applications
• Knowledge of common code management best practices, automated deployment, using code repository tools like Github
• Ability to write technical specifications, use case diagrams, build flowcharts etc. using common tools (Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)
• Understanding and Experience with API and API Management.
• Integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic)
• Understanding of application technology and associated solutions and strategies related to the client's business to help them achieve their business goals and objectives
