Job Description
Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200 acre secure site has half a million square feet of stage space, production offices and workshops together with an exterior filming tank, one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot. WBSL has some of the largest sound stages in the UK and is proving to be a very popular facility for production clients.

WB Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies. The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.

These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.

The Job
• Managing aspects of the relationship with prospective and existing clients regarding any bookings, revenue generation, and negotiation of hire agreements.
• Managing a team whose primary function is to be the key contact for the clients and ensure a professional and efficient service to clients for all service delivery across site including bookings, facilities, security, IT, resolving scheduling challenges and day to day operational issues.

The Daily
• Work with the SVP, Studio Operations to build a network of contacts within the industry to promote WBSL's services to current and potential clients.
• Maintain and continue to develop strong managerial level relationships with existing clients to position WBSL as ''front of mind'' when new business opportunities arise.
• Ensure all clients receive the necessary materials, information and support.
• Manage client relations, interact with producers, directors, unit production managers (UPMs), production and studio executives in a collaborative way including dealing with day to day operational issues.
• Supervise the sales and booking process of Stages, workshops, backlot, meeting rooms and Leavesden Park.
• Track and manage pricing of hired space and studio services ensuring that we maximise our revenue potential whilst remaining competitive.
• Make sure that hire agreements and contractual paperwork are in place with all clients ensuring WBSL minimises all risks and meets all legislative requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive scheduling system ensuring accurate reporting as to the expected occupancies, highlighting any significantly high/low levels of future occupancy.
• Manage the client services teams, to include recruitment, staff supervision, team H&S, training and monitoring

The Essentials
• Knowledge of media production and business management is key in such an industry and is a pre-requisite for this role.
• In-depth understanding of the industry, market and key trends and identifies key sources of competitive information and uses these to build key relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proven experience within the Production community, with a strong contact base.
• A highly motivated attitude, positive and bright, good networking skills, persuasive and tenacious, commercially keen and a good negotiator.
• Influence and communicate, with proven problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail, the ability to think on one's feet and respond to change in order to quickly resolve issues as they arise.
• Ability to build good relationships with internal/ external customers and establish credibility quickly.
• Computer literate – full working knowledge of Microsoft Office to an intermediate level – particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisation and follow up skills; ability to prioritise, delegate; excellent time management skills.
• Ability to organise, motivate and manage a team with different skill sets.
