The Job:

Warner Bros. Studio Operations, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Clerk Floater for the Clerk Floater temporary pool. This position will fulfill temporary assignment needs; length of assignments and hours vary. Requirements differ based on specific job assignment.

The Daily:
• Process and track payments, purchase orders and studio work authorizations
• Provide billing support for production & office clients, reconciling transactions and providing back up on invoices as needed
• Process time and attendance, prepare reports, communicate with internal and external clients, answer phones, filing, faxing, photocopying, typing, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars

The Essentials:
• Knowledge of SAP or similar accounting software and billing system
• Must have effective communication skills and good follow through skills.
• General office experience
• Strong billing, accounts payable and receivable experience
• Background must demonstrate strong customer service, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel (skills testing will be done at time of application to determine skill level).
• High School diploma or equivalent required

The Nice to Haves:
• Valid CA Driver's License preferred.
• Previous production experience or knowledge of production a plus.
