Job Description
CASH APPLICATION PROCESS PAYMENTS
Daily process payments received, posting them into customers' accounts, both as open items and applied to an invoice if information is available.
Update Bank Statements information making it available for AR to identify Customer and Application
Daily Scan of Unapplied Payments to book them once identified.
Store and Keep documentation related to documents posted for future control and Audit Purposes
CASH APPLICATION PROCESS TAX CERTIFICATES, CREDIT CARDS and MAINTENANCE
Monitor and Apply payments previously posted on account, assigning them to an invoice as per information provided by AR Analyst.
Post and Clear pending items at customers' accounts generated by pending tax certificates.
Daily Scan at sharepoint information searching for new payments and tax certificates to apply.
Inform AR Analyst about missing or incomplete information that prevents Cash App process to run correctly.
REPORTING, IMPROVEMENT & KPIs
Keep supporting records for Cash Application Process Process available for audit and control purposes. Maintain process documentation up to date and available to consult. Focal point to reply to internal audit requests. Monitor and propose corrective actions to Process KPIs.
PROJECT AND COMPANY INITIATIVE PARTICIPATION To actively participate in team, department, company initiatives, activities transition and projects, keeping aligned with organizational goals and values. Actively collaborate in general Company Projects and Initiatives.
Participation in meetings and trainings
Keep process documentation up to date.
Essential
1.Years of experience: 1 year in a similar position in a Multinational Company or at least 1-3 years working in a Multinational Comp.
2.Degree or equivalent experience in Student: Accounting and/or CPA, Business Administration.
3.Ability to manage different systems.
4.General knowledge of taxation.
5. Fluent in English (Basic to Intermediate Level) oral and written.
6.Other: Have a flare for numbers, work with people and a very positive work attitude.
7.Ability to Communicate and Client Service.
8.Ability to be proactive and Teamwork.
9.Other: Learning attitude
10.Ability to Attention to detail and adaptability to different scenarios
