The Job

WM Consumer Digital and Platforms is looking for a Business Administration Specialist to create a meaningful and supportive experience for new employees. From offer acceptance through first 100 days you will work with the business to ensure new employees have all the tools they need to be successful and to adapt to our culture. You will facilitate new employees with understanding how the CD&P organization works and will facilitate hiring managers with understanding their responsibilities to the new employee. You should have significant human resources experience, ideally with onboarding/orientation.

The Daily
• Craft and send comprehensive information to new hire related to the Company, organization, team and position.
• Prepare onboarding kits including initial tasks and schedules
• Respond to queries from new hires and hiring managers and act as concierge to new hires
• Ensure hardware/software and accounts are properly setup and provide technical assistance if needed
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure 30, 60, 90 expectations are met
• Equipment procurement, phone extension requests, desk assignment, key requests, email distribution lists.
• Train client staff as needed related to system applications, policies, and procedures.
• Work with Talent Acquisition for proper handoffs
• Communicate/coordinate with all levels at company

The Essentials
• Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably in development, onboarding or talent acquisition
• Experience with Workday or other recruiting or HR software
• BA or AA degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technology teams
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to identify areas needing improvement
