The Job
An Associate Producer supports our team in the day-to-day organization, communication, and task management of targeted areas of game development. They collaborate with all stakeholders to track tasks and goals, and assist in all logistical considerations to achieve success as efficiently as possible.

The Daily
• Identify goals, in collaboration with all stakeholders, and break them down into achievable tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate team communication through regular meetings, notes, status reports, and content reviews to keep tasks on track and ensure dependencies will be solved.
• Maintain team schedules and priorities, dealing with potential risks and necessary alterations to original planning.
• Drive prioritized goals through their entire pipeline; ensuring validation against established success criteria.
• Help set the tone for our shared production philosophy with a strong culture of trust and collaboration.
• Foster an engaging, fulfilling, and fun working environment.

The Essentials
• 1-2 years' experience working in Production on an internal development team within the videogame industry.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communications skills, a friendly and open nature, and an active and curious mind.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Perforce, Slack, Zoom preferred.

• Reads between the lines to clearly identify the most critical points in development discussions.
• Enjoys taking a large numbers of variables, boiling them down to a clear and driven message with achievable goals.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflow processes.
