WarnerMedia's House of Max is the new home for premium brand storytelling. We are a next generation creative studio built to help advertisers evolve into entertainers. Our multi-disciplinary creative team of entertainment industry professionals collaborates to develop, produce, and deliver audience-first, creative content that lives on digital, linear, social, and IRL. Together we develop creative that breaks through, provokes emotion and inspires meaningful brand devotion by leveraging a premium library of content – from HBO Max originals to beloved IP, characters and talent across the WarnerMedia entertainment universe.

House of Max is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Associate Director of Creative Production looking to be part of the future of brand storytelling. The desired candidate is exceptionally organized, with a familiarity of creative design, and a passion for managing creative logistics. They will support a studio team whose goal is to create deep emotional connections with consumers and drive meaningful revenue for the WarnerMedia Entertainment properties including HBO Max AVOD, TBS, TNT, True TV, Adult Swim, and WM Kids and Family.

This individual will lead creative digital and social first video for branded content programs. This project manager will collaborate with Creative Strategy, EMS Solutions and Studio production & post production teams to create content experiences across linear, digital, social, streaming and experiential platforms – reaching the fandoms of some of the world's most iconic entertainment IP including HBO Max originals, Rick & Morty, DC Comics, Wonder Women, Harry Potter, Friends, Impractical Jokers, Conan, and AEW.

The ideal candidate understands how to concept and produce content marketing and sponsorship opportunities in-line with brand strategies, and must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels (both internally and externally). The candidate will participate in internal brainstorms and lead development of video content in line with creative strategies from presale through postsale. They will lead creative decisions through the production process, interface with activations and clients through postsale, representing the voice of WarnerMedia brands while delivering on client brand objectives. The candidate must have a proven track record of creating and delivering integrated campaigns and leading productions independently. They must be detailed oriented with the ability to juggle mutliple priorities in a fast paced environment and have a deep knowledge of social channels, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. Linear experience is a plus.

This person will ideally be based in LA , will report into the VP, Head of Creative Development & Production, and will need to balance proposal development, concept treatments, and video production leadership across multi-channel and cross portfolio executions and client engagements.

The Daily
• Develop custom content treatments in response to RFPs and on a pro-active basis using innovative digital solutions and leveraging the suite of WarnerMedia capabilities.
• Work and align with internal stakeholders and Studio production resources to ensure successful campaign development and execution
• Participate and lead brainstorming sessions with network, sales, creative, strategy and research teams.
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of WarnerMedia IP, programming, creator network, talent, key tentpole events and experiences and the company's various media and social product offerings.
• Partner with the Network teams to create ground-breaking custom content programming
• Produce marketing materials, category positioning, presentations, & partnerships for assigned verticals
• Produce detailed treatments which clearly pay off marketing strategies and campaign ideas for clients
• Collaborate with network, production, creative, talent, experiential and other teams and constituencies to ensure seamless implementation of sold programs
• Lead campaigns through full life-cycle
• Take responsibility for project timelines and program deadlines
• Ensure that all projects are executed within or under budget
• Manage talent and vendors on assigned projects
• Initiate and lead internal and agency/client status meetings
• Manage and maintain budget
• Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities

The Essentials
• 7+ years producing content for cross-platform digital marketing programs
• Stellar client management, interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Strong content/creative development & production experience
• Expertise in management of production process for all custom programs, from creation of content to program launch
• Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs
• Excellent writing and presentation skills – both in structure and content
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
• History of developing and maintaining production schedules and assets
• Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
