Job Description
The Studio Operations team is seeking a Department Assistant to support the Manager of Warner Bros. Animation (''WBA'') Facilities in the day-to-day management of multiple locations and staff needs. Duties include supply management and replenishment, general support to production crews, basic facilities maintenance, responding to artists and executive requests, and driving to different WBA locations. As well as special assignments as needed.

The Daily
• Actively work with the Facilities Manager and other departments to provide support across 50+ ongoing animation productions, including facility needs, moves, setups, deliveries and equipment.
• Develop system to track, manage and prioritize facility requests from across the studio.
• Create timely and professional facility communications that provide updates/announcements to production crews and studio executives.
• Drive to different WBA locations to fulfill requests.
• Set up new studio employees, work with Corporate Real Estate to fulfill facility needs.
• Manage courtesy snacks/drinks and pantries for all WBA bldgs. Make sure all items are kept stocked and fresh.
• Manage overhead and production copiers. Replace toners as needed and make sure toners are stocked. Make service calls when copiers go down.
• Receive bulky items when they are delivered to different WBA locations
• Deliver office/art supplies to production crews in all WBA locations. Pick-up/drop-off of any non-production items.
• Plan, manage and help set up studio events, work with vendors as the studio representative.
• Respond to executive requests and assignments as they come in and proactively anticipate future needs.
• Assist COVID Compliance Officer to reinforce safety measures.

The Essentials
• 2+ Years of experience in facilities management, operations, production, or project management
• Passion for customer service and working with people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize requests and respond accordingly
• Aptitude to develop and continue learning to ensure best practices
• Capable of physically moving objects that may weigh up to approximately 25lbs or more with the use of equipment and additional assistance as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school degree required
• Interest in animation is a must! Prior entertainment industry experience preferred but not required
