Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION : T his position administer s social and digital publicity initiatives for the Theatrical Marketing team across all new release titles . Under supervision , th is person manages the regional social media agency, overseeing activities on WB official social media accounts and approving all social media content launches and coordinates the influencers strategy .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as a main point of contact for territories and works directly with in - market contacts to collect digital feedback, local plans, custom social media requests, influencer nominations, etc.

Corresponds with high - end digital talent (influencers) for various activations including but not limited to red carpet events, experiential activations, etc as they pertain to our films.

Handles influencers and talent at premieres, experiential activities and events and coordinates their social media postings and content creation.

Under the supervision of the VP Marketing works with the r egional s ocial m edia a gency in the generation of content, social media strategy, innovative ideas and live coverage

Collects and vets market nominations for influencer activities by analyzing their content, demographics, engagement rate and quality of followers. Makes sure all legal guidelines and social media disclosures are followed and postings are done correctly and provides wrap reports of coverage.

Under the supervision of the VP Marketing r eviews and approves social media postings, influencers nominations, video pieces from experiences and custom digital initiatives.

Participates in periodic calls with the social media regional agency that includes brainstorming for various films, strategy, postings schedule, execution plans and analytics repor ts .

Performs live social media coverage at various red carpet premieres and events and creates reports of coverage .

Liaises with global digital, global publicity and special events teams to ensure proper execution of ideas and to cross reference influencers nominations and social media amplification on various WB official accounts.
• Work Experience

Minimum of 4 years ' experience in digital marketing, publicity, or project management International Marketing Experience

Knowledge of key global and international based social media platforms as well as analytical tools

Prior proven experience handling digital talent on various events and activations

Established relationship with digital talent

Prior proven experience doing live social coverage at worldwide event

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications
or related field required.

Knowledge/Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite .
• Familiarity with file types and creative software (Photoshop, After Effects, Quicktime ) .
• Proven understanding of social media platforms and analytical tools .
• Proven understanding of influencer marketing and how to measure performance.
• A track record of early technology adoption.
• Project management skills .
• Excellent written, oral communication skills .
• Must have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment.
• Must be a strategic critical thinker with strong analytical and research skills .
• Strong creative eye and intuition, attention to detail and follow through .
• Must have an open communication style which takes into account managing

expectations with multiple stakeholders .
• Must have ability to multitask, schedule work effectively, and meet deadlines in a very fast-paced ever-changing environment.
• Ability to interact internally/externally on a daily basis to achieve overall goals and initiatives .
• Ability to prepare ongoing activity and status reports regarding campaign activities .
• Must have solid working knowledge of marketing, strategic planning, and project management .

The person in this role must have knowledge of key global and international-based social media platforms as well as analytical tools, prior experience handling digital talent on various worldwide events and activations, be able to perform live social coverage at worldwide events in a fast-moving environment, and have a complete understanding of FTC, social media and legal guidelines
