Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position supports the Corporate Social Responsibility Director and handles contributions & partnerships functions and processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Vet domestic (US and Canada) nonprofit organizations through charity databases, leadership/ board reviews and RDC adverse media checks. Submit summary of data with compliance and governance concerns for review. Research charities for recommendations, as needed. Maintain Vetting documents.
• For approved contributions, follow up on charity payment completion details and supporting documentation through Workfront system. Review monthly accounting expenditure reports provided through various WarnerMedia accounting systems, including SAP, Finesse, and Ariba to identify any additional charity payments. Communicate CSR policies and processes, as needed.
• Enter and track all company-wide business unit cash charity payments and in-kind charity donations (including goods/ products, screenings, clips/ stills/ music licensing, PSAs, etc…), along with back-up supporting documentation, via Blackbaud Grantmaking database. Lead and train WarnerMedia Domestic and International CSR team members on internal processes for tracking CSR programmatic giving in Blackbaud Grantmaking.
• Generate company-wide cash and in-kind charity donations reports monthly, annually, or as needed. Generate adhoc charity reports and provide data analysis breakdown, as requested. Perform Blackbaud Grantmaking database history searches, as needed.
• Serve as CSR grantmaking systems expert for Blackbaud Grantmaking database, Workfront, CORELite application, etc... Update/ On-board users. Update/ Match/ Add coding/ classification fields. Create/ Maintain internal process manuals. Assist users, as needed.
• Handle group documents to include substantiation forms/ acknowledgement letters for the Tax group and grantmaking systems invoice/ expense tracking. Maintain CSR grantmaking process instructions posted internally/ externally, as needed. Provide other support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondences/ answering questions relating to CSR grantmaking policies and processes, entering/ updating data, and submitting expense reports, as needed.
• Contribute to the overall CSR team's work with programs and events, as needed. Perform other related projects and duties as assigned and as priorities change

The Essentials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for documents and reporting
• Proficiency in database knowledge and use (Blackbaud Grantmaking helpful)
• Work experience with accounting and legal helpful
• Entertainment industry and charity fundraising work helpful
• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate/ office environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Must be numbers-oriented and detail-oriented
• Must have strong research and analytical skills
• Must be able to resolve problems and reason through issues
• Must be deadline-driven and work well under time constraints, in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks
